It is at the rate/rhythm of the chörtens marking out the path that we cross caravans of yaks charged with wool and salt coming from Tibet.
The splendid Buddhist monasteries and Bön which we visit by going up Tarap Khola lead us to the two collars of Numa It (5185m) and Basya It (5100m), before going down on the true oasis which the lake Phoksundo constitutes. This lake is located in full heart of a national park where we will perhaps meet the blue sheep or the leopard of snows.

Important! because of the problems of flight Nepalgunj-Juphal we organize this circuit only for groups of ten people in order to block a vol. Because of the climatic conditions, it is good also to envisage several plugs days moreover
