INSCRIPTION
                                                                    
  The inscription with the one of our circuits implies adhesion with our general terms.

  Each participant must conform to the rules
of prudence and to take the advice of its guide.

RESERVATION                                                                 
 
  The reservation will be effective only with
the reception of an installment of 20% of the totality
of the trek.

THE PAYMENT

  By credit transfer. The expenses of transfer are often fixed some is the sum, approximately 40€ in France
and 25$ in Nepal. If you leave in group, ridges only one transfer for all the participants, you will decrease the expenses thus. Not to support expenses of exchange €/$US you can make out your transfer in Euros
or dollars. We will communicate the coordinates
of our bank account with Katmandu and information
to you who will be necessary to your bank to proceed
with the international transfer in Euros.
The balance of the price could be versed in Trinetra
on your arrival with Katmandu.

  If you pay the totality of the price by international transfer, you will have to carry out this transfer 30 days before your departure.

  If you pay only the installment by international transfer, the balance could be regulated on your arrival
in Katmandu, in cash or by bank card (Commission
of 4% on the payments by CB).

For individual coming the s' to register in our offices of Katmandu, the totality of the services must be versed at the time of the reservation.

 
CANCELLATION

  More than 30 days before the departure a sum
of 85 $US of expenses of file will be retained
on already versed sums.

  From 30 to 20 days before departure 85 US$ + 20%
installment will be retained.

  Less than 20 days the totality of the installment
will be retained.

  During the trek, any stopped stay or summary
because of the participant for some reason that it is,
do not give place to any refunding other than that envisaged by the conditions of the insurance of the participant.

VALIDITY OF THE PRICES

  Our prices are final only after the communication
of a turned over accepted and accompanied quotation
of an installment. Any modification of foreign exchange rates and national inflation can involve the readjustment our prices.


SAFETY

Trinetra Adventure declines any responsibility concerning the participants who would not have subscribed
with a covering insurance: repatriation, interruption
of stay, flight, loss, deterioration of luggage, assistance.
