CULTURAL NEPAL
VALLEY OF Katmandu:
With beginning of the year 90, it
was decided that the very whole valley of Katmandu would be
classified Historic building so much one finds there temples,
monuments and historic sites. It is to say the true cultural
treasure that this valley conceals and of aucuns continue to
call it the largest open museum of the world.
The valley, in great majority
populated by the ethnos group of Newars (mainly cabinetmakers
and sculptors), includes/understands three principal cities:
Katmandou, where are côtoient Bouddhistes and Hindu (with
Swayambhunath, the temple
with the monkeys, symbol of this
religious co-education), Patan, Bhaktapur, ex-capital of the
Nepal of hindouist influence,
who has the most beautiful
cultural heritage and artisanal of the valley.
For those who are not followers
of the pure and hard trek, a few days of soft excursion on the
hills
who border the valley,
accompanied by splendid sunrises on the chain since Nagarkot and
Dhulikhel.

It is once necessary to have been
in its life in the jungle, that it is with foot or back of
elephant, to be in measurement
to feel truly what is the “wild”
life, its beauty and its size. An outstanding experiment!
