Apart from the rises of tops, the trekkings in Nepal, Bhutan, Ladakh, Sikkim and Tibet generally do not present a technical difficulty. All the borrowed paths are relatively easy and the stages are voluntarily proportioned to balance walk, discovered places and populations and relaxation with the camps (on average 6 hours of effective walk per day). To facilitate your choice, Trinetra gives to each route suggested a quotation of physical level who depends on the number of days of walk, the length of the stages and altitude.
